DOJ Issues More Subpoenas To 3D Systems

Law360, New York (February 5, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Rapid-imaging device manufacturer 3D Systems Corp. said Friday that it has received additional grand jury subpoenas related to an ongoing Department of Justice investigation into antitrust issues in the industry.

The Rock Hill, S.C.-based company revealed the news in its delayed third-quarter report filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday.

3D Systems received its first subpoena from the DOJ in May 2003, requiring it to provide “certain documents to a grand jury investigating antitrust and related issues” in the rapid- imaging device industry,...
