WilmerHale Snags Wyeth Bigwig For IP Team

Law360, New York (July 6, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- WilmerHale has turned to Wyeth's in-house legal department to boost its intellectual property team, luring the pharmaceutical giant's vice president of intellectual property and associate general counsel.

David Manspeizer is set to join WilmerHale's New York office as a partner in the litigation and controversy department and IP litigation practice group, the firm announced Tuesday.

Manspeizer will focus his practice on patent litigation, particularly on pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, it said.
