Hot-Rolled Steel Imports To Get Full ITC Review

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 4:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has voted to conduct full five-year sunset reviews of duties on imports of hot-rolled steel from Brazil, Japan and Russia.

The agency voted Tuesday to conduct full reviews on a countervailing duty order on hot-rolled steel from Brazil, anti-dumping duty orders on hot-rolled steel from Brazil and Japan, and a suspended investigation on hot-rolled steel from Russia.
