Former Intern Sues State Farm For Overtime

Law360, New York (July 07, 2010, 4:13 PM ET) -- A State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. intern has filed a lawsuit accusing the insurance company of failing to pay its employees overtime compensation.

Jonathan Edens, who worked as a State Farm agency intern until at least January 2009, lodged a complaint against the insurer Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia claiming that the company violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.
