Snamprogetti To Pay $365M In Nigeria Bribery Case

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Snamprogetti Netherlands BV has agreed to pay $365 million to settle civil and criminal allegations of a plot with KBR Inc. and others to bribe the Nigerian government to score $6 billion in contracts to build liquefied natural gas facilities.
