Finlay Jewelry Chain Exec Won't Settle Asset Bid Spat

Law360, New York (July 7, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- The former executive of a jewelry chain owned by bankrupt Finlay Enterprises Inc. on Wednesday brushed aside a judge's request that he settle a dispute over a failed purchase of store assets, launching the case into a full-scale trial over the matter.
