ISE Barred From Peddling Dow Jones, S&P 500 Options

Law360, New York (July 8, 2010, 5:24 PM EDT) -- An Illinois judge on Thursday ruled for the Chicago Board of Options Exchange in a multibillion-dollar contract fight with a competitor, the International Securities Exchange LLC, which was seeking to end the CBOE's exclusivity in the market for options trades on two well-known indexes.
