DA Nano Didn't Infringe Cabot Semiconductor IP: Jury

Law360, New York (July 9, 2010, 5:39 PM EDT) -- DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials LLC has won a verdict of noninfringement in its declaratory judgment suit against Cabot Microelectronics Corp. over patents for tungsten chemical mechanical planarization, a process used in semiconductor manufacturing.

A jury in the U.S. District for the District Court of Arizona returned a verdict of noninfringement for DA Nano on all claims of the four patents-in-suit Thursday, according to Howrey LLP, which represents the plaintiff.
