CFTC Restarts Committee On Robo-Trading

Law360, New York (July 14, 2010, 5:04 PM EDT) -- After a five-year hiatus, the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission has reconvened a group of experts in markets and trading exchanges to study high-frequency, automated trades and to head off what the committee's chair called the “tsunami of data” that will flow the CFTC's way with passage of the financial reform package.
