Honeywell Settles Railcar Building Pollution Claims

Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 4:21 PM EDT) -- Honeywell International Inc. has put to rest claims that it is liable for some portion of the $1.28 million cleanup costs Trinity Industries Inc. has incurred in cleaning up environmental contamination at a train car manufacturing facility in Pennsylvania.

Judge David Stewart Cercone signed off on the settlement deal in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on Monday.
