Reduction Of Atty Fees In Ex-Westar CEO Case OK'd

Law360, New York (July 13, 2010, 7:02 PM ET) -- In a breach of contract dispute, a Kansas appeals court has affirmed a lower court's decision to reduce the hourly rates Westar Energy Inc. paid the lawyers defending its former CEO against charges that he tried to loot the public utility.
