Hogan Lovells Snags NY Structured Finance Partner

Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- Citing improvements in the securitization market, Hogan Lovells has expanded its debt capital markets and structured finance rosters by hiring a former Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP attorney as a partner in the firm’s New York office.

Emil Arca brings some 20 years of experience in major debt capital markets and structured finance in emerging markets, the firm said in announcing Arca’s move to Hogan Lovells.
