Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 4:40 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected Intertape Polymer Corp.'s bid for summary judgment in its breach of contract suit against Inspired Technologies Inc. but handed the company a partial victory by tossing its rival tape manufacturer's trademark infringement counterclaims.
Judge Gregory A. Presnell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Wednesday denied Intertape's motion for summary judgment on its contract claims against Inspired Technologies, but granted the company's motion for summary judgment on Inspired Technologies' Lanham Act and state law counterclaims....
