CyberSource, Shareholders Settle Suit Over Visa Merger

Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A group of California shareholders at CyberSource Corp. has agreed to drop a class action against the online payment solutions company over its planned $2 billion merger with Visa Inc.

CyberSource and its shareholders on Wednesday filed a notice of settlement and a memorandum of understanding in the Superior Court of California, Santa Clara County, agreeing in principle to settle the lawsuit pending the company’s disclosure of certain materials requested by the shareholders, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
