Bayer Sues To Halt Lupin From Making Generic Yaz

Bayer claims in a complaint filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada that India-based Lupin and its U.S. subsidiary Lupin Pharmaceuticals Inc. have infringed three of its patents for the birth control pill by submitting an abbreviated new drug application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration seeking approval to market a generic version...
