Juniper Faces New Suit Over Network Security Patents

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 1:05 PM EDT) -- Patent-holding company Enhanced Security Research LLC has filed another suit accusing Juniper Networks Inc. of infringing two network security patents that are currently being re-examined by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Enhanced Security filed suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, following up on a suit filed in May 2009 in the same court that alleged different Juniper products infringed the two patents.
