DC Circ. Allows ISO New England’s Exec Pay Plan

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has shot down Connecticut’s case contesting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s approval of millions of dollars in compensation for executives of nonprofit utility ISO New England Inc.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit on Friday denied the state’s petition for review and upheld FERC’s ruling that the nonprofit’s executive pay plan for 2009 was reasonable.
