Law360, New York (July 16, 2010, 6:28 PM EDT) -- Two weeks after signing off on an $8.4 million award for WhitServe LLC, the maker of a system that notifies users about patent renewal deadlines, in its infringement suit against rival Computer Packages Inc., a federal judge has agreed to stay the judgment pending the resolution of CPi's equitable defenses.
