CBS Cuts Age Bias Claims From Reporters' Suit

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 6:38 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected claims by two former on-air reporters that CBS Broadcasting Inc. fired them because of their age, but declined to rule just yet on whether older employees were forced to bear the brunt of the network’s budget reductions.
