10th Circ. Keeps Police Out Of Colleague's Bias Suit

Law360, New York (July 19, 2010, 6:59 PM EDT) -- An appeals court on Monday affirmed a lower court's decision that black policemen in Wichita, Kan., who did not file charges with the U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Commission were not entitled to piggyback on the discrimination lawsuit of one of their colleagues.
