Law360, New York (July 20, 2010, 3:10 PM ET) -- Cleaving to a recent appeals court decision involving Johnson & Johnson employees, a federal judge has determined that Alpharma Inc.’s sales representatives are not misclassified as exempt from overtime pay.
On Monday, U.S. District Judge Garrett E.
