Air France To Blame In 2009 Atlantic Crash: Intel

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 12:49 PM EDT) -- Intel Corp. has accused Societe Air France's flight crew of negligence in the crash that killed all 228 on board a 2009 trans-Atlantic flight, claiming that the airline should be forced to indemnify the chip maker if it is judged liable in multidistrict litigation over the accident.
