Rockefeller Fights Medical-Loss Ratio Loopholes

Law360, New York (July 21, 2010, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Senate Commerce Committee chairman Jay Rockefeller, D-W.Va., is appealing to state insurance commissioners to resist pressure from health insurance lobbyists to weaken a new federal statute designed to control how consumers' health care premiums are spent.
