Insurers On Hook For Seagate Litigation Defense Costs

Law360, New York (July 22, 2010, 2:38 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has handed Seagate Technology LLC a pair of victories in an insurance dispute, forcing Insurance Co. of the State of Pennsylvania to reimburse the data storage company for more than $14.5 million in contract litigation costs and denying an arbitration request by ISPO and National Union Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., over the coverage allegations.
