Claims Pared In Sears Roebuck CERCLA Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 5:02 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge has pared a Las Vegas shopping mall operator's third-party complaint seeking cleanup cost contributions from Sears Roebuck & Co. in two underlying suits against the mall over groundwater contamination.
