Volvo Faulty Transmission Class Action Moves Ahead

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 2:44 PM EDT) -- A putative class action alleging Volvo Cars of North America LLC sold certain SUVs with faulty transmissions and failed to tell customers about the defects has survived the automaker's dismissal bid, though a federal judge has agreed to toss a few claims.
