3rd Circ. Rejects Dirt Track Racing Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (July 23, 2010, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Friday affirmed a lower court's finding that Hoosier Racing Tire Corp. and Dirt Motor Sports Inc. did not conspire with a major dirt track racing organization to create a monopoly in the market for specialized tires.
