BP, Others Face $42M CERCLA Suit Over Ariz. Site

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 2:13 PM EDT) -- An Arizona subdivision has filed suit against the U.S. military and dozens of companies — including Alcatel-Lucent USA Inc., BP West Coast Products LLC and Chevron USA Inc. — seeking $42 million in past and future costs to clean up contaminated groundwater.
