Lowenstein Adds Duval Bankruptcy Partner

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 5:14 PM ET) -- Lowenstein Sandler PC is beefing up its bankruptcy, financial reorganization and creditors' rights practice in New York with the addition of Norman N. Kinel, previously a partner at Duval & Stachenfeld LLP.

Kinel is joining as a partner, Lowenstein said in a statement Monday. The firm said he has a vast range of experience in bankruptcy law, representing debtors, creditors, bondholders, trustees and committees of creditors, equity holders and retirees.
