ITC Says Nvidia Infringes Rambus Memory Patents

Law360, New York (July 26, 2010, 7:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has found Nvidia Corp. and several of its customers liable for infringing three Rambus Inc. patents in a hotly contested dispute over technology for memory controllers.

In a final determination issued Monday, the ITC affirmed Administrative Law Judge Theodore Essex's Jan. 22 ruling that three of five Rambus patents were valid and infringed and that the other two patents were invalid.
