Dewey & LeBoeuf IP Trio Head To Kaye Scholer

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 1:19 PM EDT) -- A trio of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP intellectual property lawyers — including a managing partner with expertise in the biotechnology sector — have jumped to Kaye Scholer LLP as the firm expands its Silicon Valley office.

Making the switch are Barbara Caulfield, who had been managing partner of Dewey's Silicon Valley office, and partners Michael J. Malecek and Peter Root, Kaye Scholer announced Monday.

The team used to be in-house attorneys at biotechnology giant Affymetrix Inc. before they headed to Dewey.
