Cisco Didn't Infringe VoIP Patents: Judge

Law360, New York (July 27, 2010, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has found that Cisco Systems Inc. did not infringe any of the three Voice Over Internet Protocol patents asserted against it by a German company, and she also invalidated one of those patents.

In a 59-page opinion issued Monday, Judge Sue L.
