International Paper Sued Over Mont. Mill PCB Cleanup

Law360, New York (July 28, 2010, 12:30 PM EDT) -- A logging company has hit International Paper Co. with a lawsuit demanding it contribute to the cleanup of polychlorinated biphenyl contamination at a century-old sawmill in Montana that it used to own.

Stimson Lumber Co. filed its complaint asserting claims under the Comprehensive Environmental
