Marsh Trade Secrets Suit Against DeWitt Survives

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 1:36 PM EDT) -- DeWitt Stern Group Inc. has lost its bid to toss a trade secrets and breach of contract suit brought by rival insurance services firm Marsh USA Inc. following the defection of employees and numerous clients from its entertainment practice.

Judge Bernard J. Fried of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, on July 23 denied DeWitt and the former Marsh employees' motions to dismiss the case.
