Hotel Developer Sues For $13M WTC-Area Fire Loss

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 5:47 PM EDT) -- A New York hotel developer has sued Bovis Lend Lease Inc., John Galt Corp., and others responsible for the clean up of a skyscraper damaged by the collapse of the World Trade Center towers, alleging the defendants caused a deadly 2007 fire that cost the developer $13 million in delays and lost profits.
