Airport Masseuses Hit XpresSpas With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 11:47 AM EDT) -- Seven airport masseuses have brought a putative class action under the Fair Labor Standards Act against a raft of XpresSpa entities accusing them of racial discrimination and of failing to fully compensate employees for their hours worked.
