Ex-Kaye Scholer Atty Indicted For Bankruptcy Fraud

Law360, New York (July 29, 2010, 7:32 PM EDT) -- A grand jury indicted a former Kaye Scholer LLP partner Thursday on charges of bankruptcy fraud, alleging he represented a now-defunct Utah steel mill during two Chapter 11 filings while conducting numerous business deals with a New York investment firm that had a hefty stake in the company.
