ITC Judge Rejects Panasonic Interlocutory Appeal Bid

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 7:12 PM ET) -- An administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission has denied a request by Panasonic Corp. and others for clarification of the agency's investigation of Freescale Semiconductor Inc.’s complaint claiming certain chipsets and products containing them infringe its intellectual property.
