Dell's Call Center Reps File FLSA Overtime Suit

Law360, New York (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of sales representatives from Dell Inc.’s Oregon call center filed suit against the company Thursday, alleging the national computer retailer violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to accurately log employees’ hours and pay them for overtime.
