Northwest To Pay $38M In Cargo Price-Fixing Probe

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 3:08 PM EDT) -- Northwest Airlines has agreed to plead guilty and pay a $38 million fine for its role in a price-fixing conspiracy for international air cargo rates that has ensnared the industry and prompted 15 other airlines to cop deals.
