Defense Bar Gains Ground In Money Laundering Battle

Law360, New York (September 20, 2010, 12:39 PM EDT) -- Two recent decisions handed down by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit could give defense counsel a powerful new weapon against prosecutors trying to pursue money laundering charges in white collar cases, experts say.
