Deal Reached In 'Levinson Axelrod Sucks' Site Suit

Law360, New York (July 30, 2010, 7:31 PM ET) -- New Jersey plaintiffs law firm Levinson Axelrod PA and a former associate have reached a settlement regarding the ex-associate's "Levinson Axelrod Sucks" website, which appears to no longer be operating.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Friday approved a settlement between Levinson Axelrod and the former associate, Edward Harrington Heyburn, officially closing the case.

No details of the settlement were provided in the order, but the site at the center of the dispute was no longer accessible online.
