Law360, New York (February 12, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. House of Representatives voted Monday to establish a pilot program in some U.S. district courts to foster a new breed of patent experts among judges.
H.R. 34, introduced by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), was approved by voice vote, according to Rep. Issa’s office.
