Irwin Gross Leaves Wilson, Sonsini For Venture Fund

Law360, New York (July 28, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Irwin Gross, who co-founded and built Wilson, Sonsini's intellectual property counseling practice and served as a manager of the firm’s venture fund, has left to join a technology venture capital firm as general partner.

In his new role at Worldview Technology Partners, with more than $1.3 billion under management, Gross will focus on investments in the software and semiconductor markets, the venture fund said in a statement.
