Law360, New York (August 03, 2010, 3:21 PM ET) -- Olan Mills Inc. has reached a $3 million settlement with up to 9,000 employees who alleged the national photography studio denied photographers work-free meal and rest breaks and forced them to work off the clock.
Judge John T. Nixon of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee gave his final blessing to the deal Monday, certifying four state settlement classes and a nationwide class, and approving $1 million in attorneys' fees.
