Law360, New York (August 03, 2010, 5:47 PM ET) -- A federal judge has thrown out monopolization claims in an antitrust class action accusing Delta Air Lines Inc. and AirTran Airways Inc. of colluding to increase prices by reducing capacity and imposing baggage fees on flights to and from Atlanta.
