House Panel Puts Spotlight On Kellogg Cereal Recall

Law360, New York (August 3, 2010, 11:58 AM EDT) -- The House Committee on Energy and Finance has asked Kellogg Co. for information on its recent recall of 28 million boxes of Froot Loops and other popular cereals based on fears that a chemical in the products' packaging that caused strange flavors and smells may lead to lung problems.
