Law360, New York (August 03, 2010, 7:05 PM ET) -- A South Dakota judge has ruled in favor of NorthWestern Energy in a dispute with certain underwriters at Lloyd's of London over coverage for environmental cleanup costs at a site in Montana, holding that a policy issued by the insurer had been triggered.
