Fed. Circ. Affirms $2.8M Patent Verdict Against Sprint

Law360, New York (August 4, 2010, 1:25 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a $2.78 million verdict against Sprint Nextel Corp., rejecting the wireless carrier giant's argument that Enovsys LLC was not the sole owner of two patents covering a privacy system used to manage the disclosure of the location of a user's cell phone.
