US Tries To Kill Estee Lauder Tariff Suit Over Jurisdiction

Law360, New York (August 5, 2010, 1:49 PM EDT) -- Estee Lauder Inc. failed to lodge a U.S. Customs and Border Protection protest before it filed suit over cosmetic kit tariffs, the U.S. government claims in a motion to dismiss the international cosmetic giant's case on jurisdictional grounds.
